We don't actually have a way to enforce these terms, but we still want to have them in place for the sake of transparency.

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Hexlane Studios, the company that operates this website and provides the Flux service.
"You" and "your" refer to the user of our services.
This Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

None of our services are officially copyrighted, but we still ask that you don't steal our work.

Flux is a closed source project. This means that we do not share our source code with the public, and we do not allow anyone else to fork, modify, or distribute our code without our permission.

We may update these terms from time to time.
We will notify you of any changes to these terms.
- Our notifications will go into detail about what has changed, and when the changes will take effect.
- Our notifications may not be immediate, but we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
